SHIPPING INFO Shipping Policy All orders take 1 to 5 business days to process before being shipped out. (During the holiday season it may be extended) (All orders are subject to processing time that is separate and apart from the time it takes for a shipment to reach its destination once it has been picked up from our fulfillment center by the applicable carrier. Depending on a number of factors, standard domestic and international orders may take up to 5 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to process.) In-Transit time starts when your order has been shipped, and does not include standard processing time applicable to the shipping method selected at the time of checkout. Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or US Holidays. For information on anticipated delivery (inclusive of processing and transit times), please refer to our Shipping Policy or Estimated Delivery timeframes below. We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays. Shipping Prices (Domestic & International) are calculated at the Checkout Screen. United States Shipping We offer USPS Priority Shipping. Please allow for up to 10-15 business days for your item to be delivered. Please allow up to 20 days for your logo collection items to be delivered as they are custom-made. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination location of the package and the bulk of the goods being shipped. Please Note: All customers are responsible for the cost of shipping their own returns and exchanges to our returns department. International Shipping We offer International shipping which usually arrives between 10-21 days from the date of the order depending on the destination. We do have upgraded DHL Shipping available for an additional fee which will guarantee delivery in 5 days or less. TAXES AND DUTIES All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note, on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages. Refused Packages All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS Undeliverable Packages All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS Delivered Packages All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accommodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
