Refund & Exchange Policy

What is your store policy?

  • Items bought on showroomdolls.com will gladly be accepted for a refund or exchange within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • All returns are subject to a 10-20% restocking fee. All merchandise must be returned in its original form. Clothing must not be worn, altered, damaged, free of any stains, odors, self-tanner, pet hairs, or distinct smells, including deodorant and perfume.
  • Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment type, excluding shipping and handling costs. All tags must be attached when returned. Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.

If you received items ordered online that were damaged, defective, or incorrect, you will need to contact customer service to receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Additional Information on Showroom Doll’s Online Return Policy?

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and be returned in their original packaging.
  • Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
  • All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from the Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
  • When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
  • We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
  • Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Reserved Rights Regarding Returns:
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history is indicative of "wardrobing."
  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.

Non-Showroom Dolls items sent to our Distribution Center will be discarded upon receipt.

Helpful Hint: Showroom Dolls is not responsible for returns until they reach our Distribution Center in Los Angeles, CA. Keep your proof of postage and ship your return along with a tracking number, as we are NOT liable for return packages that are lost or stolen in transit. Without proof of receipt and delivery,

Showroom Dolls will not store credit for your returns.

Final Sale Items
All items ending in $.00, $.97, and $.98, bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, beauty products, cosmetics, accessories, and "Party Wear" (such as Halloween costumes) are considered Final Sale, non-returnable, and cannot be returned for Store Credit. In unused and resellable condition

We can also put in an accurate list of the final sale items, if possible.

“The following items are considered 'Final Sale' and cannot be exchanged in-store:

  • Dresses
  • Accessories
  • Bikinis
  • Sale Items

Can the items be exchanged?
We do not offer exchanges, but we welcome you to return your item(s) by mail in accordance with our Return Policy by using our Online Returns Portal. You have the option to repurchase the item(s) in your desired size and/or color.

Please email us hi@showroomdolls.com with your Order Number for a Return Confirmation Number. 

Our fulfillment address information and the shipping and receiving addresses are different; please do not use any address we ship to you from to return your packages, as they will be refused.
